This workbook provides you with some tools to help you start thinking about what training you require for your role in the Scouts. Don’t be put off by the size of the Adult’s Personal File – it covers the modules for every role, not just your own, so there will be some you won’t have to do. If you are a section leader or assistant section leader you may wish to use the Adult’s Personal File for Section Leaders.
