Transformation is coming in November

Attention all adult volunteers!!

For several years now Scouting has been building towards a new method of delivering our amazing programme to young people and developing their skills for life. To this end our Volunteer Experience is changing , as are the tools and methods we employ.

County and District Leads have been providing information about the changes on a regular basis and Scout HQ have been sending updated information to every adult volunteer in the organisation based upon their role on an updated and regular basis.

Executive Committee’s have been replaced by Trustee Boards. We are moving to a Teams based approach to programme delivery and support.

Compass, our membership system, is being replaced by the new membership system that forms part of Scouts.Org website.

The changes are now taking place in November.  We would encourage everyone to read how things will change here at scouts.org.uk
