Hillwalking Skills and Experience – Leaders Weekend

Date: September 9th – 11th 2022 (note that this is a change from the date some of you may have seen on the SBSMG programme).
Times: Arrive after 8.00pm Friday, depart 5.00pm Sunday.
Venue: Cornel Scout Centre, Crafnant Road, Trefriw, Conwy LL27 OJZ, Grid Ref SH748605.
Cost: £10 – all food and non- alcoholic drink included. Please indicate any dietary requirements.
Weekend Aims:
1. Introduce leaders to hillwalking activities available in Scouting.
2. Coach and mentor leaders to achieve a higher level of skill/permit.
3. Assessment as required – Terrain 1 or Terrain 2.
