ADCs, DESC and ACCs Support Day

The two Midlands Regions are running a joint ADCs, DESC and ACCs Support Day on Saturday 19 October 2019 at the Arup Campus, Blythe Valley Park, B90 8AE (off M42 J4).

If you are involved in supporting adults to deliver high quality programmes to young people then come along to the Midlands Regions’ Programme Support Day. We will be looking at the role of the section ADC/DESC, supporting leaders to deliver quality programme, what that programme looks like, achieving top awards and the opportunity to meet others doing the same role.

A Programme Support Day looking at how best to support adults leading the section programmes to deliver a high quality programme and supporting the adults to be amazing section leaders. It will include looking at the role as part of the district team, section visits and meetings, supporting small sections and what is new in programme support as well as opportunities to network with other ADCs and DESCs from the Midlands regions. Sam Morris, Deputy Chief Commissioner of England will be explaining how vital your role is in providing the programme for our young people.

The invitation to attend and participate is extended to ACCs and DCCs.
